Hot on the heels of the decision by Israel's parliament to cede territory in Gaza to the Arabs, comes the news that Israel is allowing Arafat to leave for Paris, guaranteeing his safe return; this news is followed by inaction about his headquarters, that should have been raided for both the fugitive terrorists and the incriminating documentation within.

I just don't get it: has Israel's government grown feet of clay?
